About
Kelley Gondring concentrates her practice on family law, estate planning and administration, and special proceedings, including guardianship, incompetency and juvenile matters. Prior to joining Robinson & Lawing, LLP in 2013, Kelley worked at the Forsyth County Public Defender’s Office where she represented individuals charged with anything from driving while impaired to serious felonies. Last year, she successfully defended a juvenile charged with first degree murder, who was ultimately acquitted on all charges.

Kelley grew up in Lewisville, North Carolina. She attended North Carolina State University and graduated summa cum laude in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minors in business and Spanish. Kelley earned her J.D. in 2009 from University of North Carolina School of Law. While there she was a member of the North Carolina Law Review. Kelley currently serves as the President of the Forsyth County Bar Association. She is a Past President of the Forsyth County Criminal Defense Trial Attorney’s Association and a Past President of the Forsyth County Young Lawyers Division. In June 2016, Kelley began serving a three-year term as a board member for LANC of the Piedmont (Legal Aid of North Carolina).

Kelley is a strong believer in community involvement; she provides pro bono services to Youth in Transition and served as the Legal Advisor to Safe Schools of North Carolina from 2009-2014. She is a member of the Junior League of Winston-Salem and serves on the Women’s Health Advisory Committee. On Sunday mornings you will find her with her husband and two daughters at Highland Presbyterian Church; in the afternoons you will find her on her bike training for Bike MS, the Labonte Foundation’s High Point Charity Classic, and other charity bike rides.
